Returns & Exchanges
We accept return or exchange requests only in the following cases:

Requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The product must be unused and unwashed.

Original folds, tags, and packaging must be intact.

The product must be returned in the same condition as received.
Products that are worn, altered, washed, damaged after delivery, or not in their original condition will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Unboxing Video Requirement
Customers are strongly advised to record a complete unboxing video while opening the package.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect product claims, an unboxing video and supporting photographs may be required for verification. Claims submitted without sufficient proof may not be approved.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return or exchange request:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us immediately.
After verification, Bhama Silks may provide one of the following resolutions:

The final resolution will depend on the nature of the issue and verification outcome.
No Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed.
Customers are requested to review their order details carefully before completing the purchase.
No Refund Policy
Bhama Silks does not offer refunds for successfully delivered products due to change of mind, personal preference, colour expectations, design expectations, or any reason other than verified damage, defect, or incorrect product delivery.
Refunds, if approved, will only be considered in exceptional cases where a replacement or exchange is not feasible.
Stock & Technical Issues
In rare situations involving stock unavailability, pricing errors, technical issues, or other operational concerns, Bhama Silks reserves the right to cancel an order and process the applicable refund.

Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to:
